Coach and Tours
Using our fleet of luxury coaches we offer a variety of tours and day trips in the
UK and mainland Europe.
We also offer coaches for hire for your private party, with a range of specifications
and capacities, through standard, executive and high capacity. Our jumbo twin deck
coaches can carry 82 passengers and their luggage plus a wheel chair, in sumptuous
luxury, with toilet, reclining seats, climate control and DVD player.
If you need us to book your theatre tickets or hotel accommodation, that’s all part
of the service. Our sister company Flight Delay Services, book thousands of hotels
for our airline customers every month, so we can also get you the best possible
price.
If you’re transporting a party of children, we can take care of risk assessments
and safety management procedures. If you have a major event, we can even arrange
for traffic orders.

Scheduled bus and coach services
We provide bus and coach services to and from Stansted, Gatwick, Liverpool and Manchester Airports.
Our Airport by Coach services runs every two hours 24/7 from serveral locations
through out the UK
using the latest luxury coaches with leather seats, wi-fi, and wheel chair access.
With door to door taxi connections, on line ticket sales and satellite vehicle tracking,
we are determined to provide the highest standards. To purchase a ticket for our

Excel also operates a number of regular local bus services, generally with the most
modern, low floor, easy access vehicles.

Student Services
School trips can be a hassle to organise. But we can take away a lot of the strain.
If your school is considering a trip to a museum, theme park or World War I battlefield,
we can tailor a package to suit your budget, and carry out the necessary risk assessments.
We also specialise in home to school transport, managing the transport requirements
to a number of schools for various local authorities, schools and parent groups.

Rail Replacement
We have years of experience in both pre-planned road replacement services, and emergency
response. We can provide a complete service including controllers, customer service,
baggage handlers, temporary shelters and luggage vans. We can also supply signage,
carry out risk assessments, and provide method statements. Our network of business
partners gives us access to thousands of buses, coaches and taxis throughout the
UK. Using our bespoke system we can contract operators in the vicinity of the work,
coupled with our own control and management expertise, keeping your costs to a minimum
whilst providing the highest standards of service for your customers.
Of course, we can also manage contingency plans to allow for the over- run of engineering
works when this is required.

Should you require apron buses or air side transport at a different airport we can
accommodate you.
Landside transport is also offered at all UK airports, catering for one crew member
